Uh, yeah, that's what I meant. (Who needs a college degree when the internet exists?)
"Hi Jenna:
Sodium chloride is NaCl or common table salt. Where is that chemistry book when you need it?
Common chemical bleaches include household "chlorine bleach", a solution of approximately 3-6% sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), and "oxygen bleach", which contains hydrogen peroxide or a peroxide-releasing compound such as sodium perborate or sodium percarbonate. Bleaching powder is calcium hypochlorite.
I found the bleach info on the Internet for you.

Hi Jenna,
This is my maiden voyage as a blogger. Hopefully this works. How the heck are you, really? Did you have a ton of fun with your friends in the country? I bet so. It sounds like quite the adventure. I hope you're keeping notes on all this. I'm sure we'll see you publishing it all down the road to make a handsome amount of money on your travels and the stories to go with them.
So the food is a little bland. Wow that is saying something from you. Now if you think it's bland, I'd probably keel over from lack of interesting meat. By interesting I don't mean unidentifiable either. Snicker. Well, I just wanted you to know we're checking in on you and keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. Keep safe.
Love,
